Oatly’s “Made for humans” Ad

• Clusters of short sentences. It’s like trying to eat just a single M&M.

• I like the double “and”. It feels innocent or playful or earnest. “You plant them in the soil of the earth and allow the sun to shine on them and they grow.” “Tall and strong and full of purpose.”

• Omission of quotation marks — subtle. “what if we forgot…”

• Grade 1 on the Hemingway App.

You glance at your watch.

It’s 6:28. You’ve been at it since 3.
Crap. Your hot date is at 7. Running late. Sink shower it is.
Nowhere close to done editing…
