Oh, the irony. A paper clip living the life while you’re stuck in the office.

See the paper clip up there? That little fella has a big story to tell. Born from a bar of Norwegian steel in 2015, it traveled, along with 149 other clips, in a little plastic box to a hip Japanese paper and stationery store in the heart of Berlin. The box was bought by an Irish photographer, who then used every single clip to hang up photos of himself wearing different moustaches at a famous art event in Basel. How’s that for a debut, eh? But its career was only just starting, and from Basel it went everywhere.
